A personal recommendation carries a lot of weight when it comes from someone you trust. This is why we are so pleased when our clients and friends support us by recommending our services to others. To show our appreciation we have introduced a client referral programme.

Here are the requirements and details of Firehead’s client referral programme. Information obtained is strictly confidential and used solely for Firehead purposes and never sold or exposed to a third party.

• Client referrals must be submitted by filling out the referral form below. 
  
• The job requisition cannot be one that Firehead is actively working on or actively soliciting.
• The client contact/hiring manager must be a new contact for Firehead.
• Firehead must place a candidate into the referred position.
• Bonus per placement is €500.
• Bonuses for placements on referred full-time/direct-hire job requisitions will be paid after the guarantee period (determined by Firehead and the client) has expired and invoices have been paid.
• Bonuses for placements on referred consulting/contract job requisitions will be paid after the placed consultant has worked a total of 500 hours in that assignment.
• Referrals are active for 12 months from submission date.
