A reading list of the best content strategy books

Skyline view of Paris with Eiffel Tower in background.

Not sure how we missed this but leading content strategist Kristina Halvorson – founder of Brain Traffic agency and Confab content strategy conference which we posted on last week – published a useful list of content strategy books last year. The list was crowdsourced on Twitter and includes “content strategy classics, hot-off-the-presses works, and a solid set of inspiring works that have shaped perspectives and purpose”.

We already have quite a few of these on Firehead’s bookshelves but it’s always good to get more recommendations. A new one that isn’t on the list but we’ve just bought is Colleen Jones’ follow-up to Clout: The Content Advantage: The Science of Succeeding at Digital Business through Effective Content.

Any other recommendations for 2019? Let us know in the comments.
