course bannerWe’re proud to launch a new training offer, in conjunction with Urbina Consulting, for marketers, managers, technical communicators, UX specialists and content strategists who want to future-proof and structure their content for use across channels. This latest workshop builds on Firehead’s existing set of technical writing, content strategy and software courses (see the full list on our Training page).

Learn adaptive content modelling is held in conjunction with training provider, Urbina Consulting and led by respected author, trainer and content strategist Noz Urbina. It is usually delivered as a two-day set workshop although customised options are available for organisations who wish to work with their own content during the course.

Over the two days, you’ll discover through a combination of theory and practical exercises how to future-proof your content and improve user experience; how to plan for a world where your customers consume content on different devices, in different geographies and in a variety of contexts.

Through analysing and structuring your content accordingly, you can start to create omnichannel, personalisation and automation-ready content that benefits both your audience and your bottom line, and moves towards achieving the holy grail of COPE (create once, publish everywhere).

This is one of the few workshop sessions available that can also future-proof attendees for advanced paradigms, such as wearable devices, multi-screen interactions, embedded user assistance, augmented reality and more.
