Our first online training for Writing for machines and humans – teaching you how to write for machines driven by artificial intelligence (AI) – begins in less than a month! We are very excited to bring you this timely and relevant training in new ways that users are consuming information and creating their own journeys through advances in AI.

Writing for machines and humans training

When
Online training takes place twice a week (around 1-1.5 hours per module) for six weeks.

What
Learn how to write for machine-human interfaces, such as Siri, Alexa and Google Assistant, conversational robotic agents and information delivered via augmented reality or driven by AI. You’ll learn the ways in which users consume information has evolved, relevant terminologies and how these technologies impact how information is processed and delivered today and progressively more so in the future.

Who
This course is aimed at technical writers, content professionals and information designers. Training is carried out by two experienced professionals in the field, including a chatbot conversation/information designer and a multilingual technical communicator who is a member of the Information 4.0 consortium.

How
12 modules with 18 hours of lecture face-time and interactive activities.

Where
Online learning is carried out live via video conferencing software.
